Everything works as it should, our child is happy and can use everything on their own. The basic plan is completely sufficient for us. I would just add one SOS call every six months to the basic plan. Really just for emergencies.
Otherwise, I’m amazed that it works and there’s nothing wrong with it :-)

The watch works great, and so does the GPS, which is rarely the case with most other watches. We are happy with them. I would especially like to highlight the service. My son dropped the watch on the floor and the display broke; that is perhaps the only downside, that there is no protective glass, only scratch resistance. But KLOKI offered us a watch at a really good discount, so we bought another one. We had the watch at home the very next day, and they also helped us transfer the plan. Incredibly fast, helpful, and we are very grateful for that!

Le GPS est relativement précis, mais la mise à jour de la position prend du temps. Nous avons toutefois eu plusieurs fois un problème avec l’application, qui nous a déconnectés toute seule, sans raison, sur plusieurs téléphones et à différents moments, et il était ensuite impossible de se reconnecter. Heureusement, les appels fonctionnaient. L’envoi d’un message vocal échoue parfois aussi, ce qui est dommage ; cela arrive lors de l’envoi d’un message du téléphone vers la montre, alors que les données mobiles et le Wi‑Fi sont activés en permanence sur mon téléphone. 🤔
Sinon, ma fille est ravie de la montre. Beau design, facile à utiliser.

Localisation GPS précise. Utilisation simple, qu’un enfant de 8 ans a appris à maîtriser très rapidement. Pas de fonctionnalités inutiles ni de distractions comme les jeux ou les réseaux sociaux. Cela apporte plus de sérénité aux parents : quand vous laissez les enfants partir seuls à vélo dans les rues de la ville, vous voyez exactement où ils sont et ils peuvent vous appeler rapidement. Il ne faut pas s’attendre à ce qu’il réagisse comme une smartwatch ou un téléphone. L’enfant a parfois du mal à cliquer jusqu’à ce qu’il veut faire. Et vu le prix d’achat, plus les 5 € mensuels, j’aurais préféré que le forfait d’appels propose plus que les 20 minutes offertes.

Tout est super, l’autonomie jusqu’à 3 jours est réelle. Au début, nous avions probablement une pièce défectueuse, mais le service réclamations l’a vite résolu.
Celui-ci n’est vraiment pas réussi. En 3 semaines, le bracelet est devenu si noir et sale qu’il paraît avoir deux ans. Je recommande seulement les couleurs foncées.
