Everything works as it should, our child is happy and can use everything on their own. The basic plan is completely sufficient for us. I would just add one SOS call every six months to the basic plan. Really just for emergencies.

The watch works great, and so does the GPS, which is rarely the case with most other watches. We are happy with them. I would especially like to highlight the service. My son dropped the watch on the floor and the display broke; that is perhaps the only downside, that there is no protective glass, only scratch resistance. But KLOKI offered us a watch at a really good discount, so we bought another one. We had the watch at home the very next day, and they also helped us transfer the plan. Incredibly fast, helpful, and we are very grateful for that!

How long does the battery last?
The battery has a capacity of 700 mAh and, thanks to automatic night shutdown, the watch lasts up to 3 days on a single charge. Battery life depends on how often you’re in touch with your child.
What’s the difference between Star and Moon?
Star is the flagship model with the full range of features: it also measures heart rate, plays music and video, and has a voice recorder, a 2 MP camera and more memory. Moon is the entry-level model for younger children and their first steps on their own.
